Locals Only - the one stop local search news source?

A new column at searchengineland was introduced yesterday - Locals Only - Greg Sterling wrote that
“Locals Only will appear on Mondays, covering local search, mapping, online yellow pages and other sites that help searchers pinpoint real-world merchants, service providers and other location-based entities.”
That’s great news, as for one the interested reader will most likely find the really important bits at just one place - as not all of the people out there will have 100 plus RSS feeds they read and monitor to keep on top of what’s going on in Local Search & Maps sphere.
And secondly this is another sign for this space to mature and grow - well it took a little longer than for social search that’s true - but hey Local Search and Maps is the child of the Yellowpages industry and that’s the role model of a serious rather slow moving business.
Local Search has contributed highly into getting more and more dynamic into a piece of the information retrieval marketplace where TRADITION has and will always written in caps. But things are changing and with more and more people like my younger brother using the Yellowpages book in a way that’s probably not 100% what the people issuing it had in mind …

mind that here in Europe we don’t just have to
twist the cap of the beer - to open it
Well let’s see who the columnists that Greg mentioned will be - guess the usual suspects
- Like Bill from SEO by the Sea - Greg from Screenwerk and well who else? Mike Blumenthal who has done some remarkable posts on Local Search or Mike Belasco who has earned the “Best Local Search Blog” award from searchenginejournal last year… who else?
