Google Business Center Now Supports Bulk Uploads

That’s  pretty good news for marketers and companies with numerous branches.
Google now supports bulk uploads in their business center.

If your business has many locations, you can add or change the listings for all of them at once by submitting the information in a spreadsheet. This is called a “feed.”

These are the types of feeds you can provide:

Create and Manage List in Excel

Previously only available through Base, bulk uploads are now also supported through the Local Business Centre.  If you have more than 10 locations, just log in to your Local Business Centre account and click on “Upload a Data File.” You’ll see instructions, screenshots, and information about how to upload a business feed, and how to edit it once you’ve uploaded it. You can also use this feature to do bulk removals of more than 10 listings.

Bulk uploads also don’t require any form of verification. They will, however, take between four and six weeks to update into Google Maps.

Interesting that you don’t have to verify them, however that would be hard to
do anyway if you were say Wendy’s. More
