Just added a couple of new connections to my LinkedIn profile. 
Opening up the page I was greeted with a note that their search has gotten an update. I’ve been long waiting for that as their old search – well it su**ed. Here is a exaple SERP of the people search in the extended view.
You can now safe searches, sort them in different views and you get a refine search column on the right hand side to narrow down you search. You can learn all about the new search here in the LinkedIn Learning Center
